The wireshark's RTP player inserts null-samples when packets are missing (due
to the suppressed silence or lost packets). However due to the Bug 4119, the
max amount of inserted samples (at once) was limited to 1000 = 1/8 second. This
limit renders this feature unusable.
I belive that this limit could be safely raised (to an hour maybe?) as I asked
for in Bug 5902.
cheers,
