When an ERF file contains an AAL5 frame without LLC encapsulation, the ERF
dissector guesses that the traffic type is LANE. This confuses the ATM
dissector, which can normally detect the actual payload type.
If LANE is not used, need to set the ATM traffic type to UNKNOWN, so that the
ATM dissector can do its work correctly.
Should be a configurable option - for backward compatibility.
