That message comes from gtk/main.c and indicates if it was compiled with
AirPcap support:

#ifdef HAVE_AIRPCAP
  get_compiled_airpcap_version(str);
#else
  g_string_append(str, "without AirPcap");
#endif

(that's in the get_gui_compiled_info function and listed in the "Compiled..."
paragraph)

This one comes from get_gui_runtime_info in gtk/main.c, which calls the
get_runtime_airpcap_version function from airpcap_loader.c.

Do you have the AirPcap drivers installed?  I just installed them today and I
show AirPcap for both like you have.

How confusing!
