It appears that TamoSoft have quietly updated the file format used for 802.11
trace files since support for them was added to Wireshark (in Bug #1795).
Files generated with the latest version of the "CommView for Wi-Fi" product
seem to have a different (dynamic?) magic number to older files; and having had
a brief look at the specification (at
http://www.tamos.com/htmlhelp/commview/logformat.htm), I can't easily determine
what they've changed - although the 802.11n, SuperG and Public Safety flag
values look new to me.
I'll attach some trace files shortly.
