Kerberos, with GeoIP.
Running on Linux 2.6.32-25-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0, with libz
1.2.3.3.
Built using gcc 4.4.3.

When present in System Information Type 4, the CBCH Mobile Allocation IE has
TLV format (TS 04.18 section 9.1.36). Currently it's dissected as TV, which
generates incorrect output, and also affects subsequently dissected fields
(e.g. SI4 Rest Octets).
I'm attaching the one-character patch to fix this. While at it, I'm also
including a cosmetic fix for the IE description trailer text.
