The changes introduced on packet-mac-lte.c with SNV revision 34852 leads to the
dissector always returning prematurely if p_mac_lte_info->rntiType equals
C_RNTI (3). This is caused by the return placed outside the if statement that
is supposed to check for invalid C-RNTI values and to return in that case only.
See the attached patch for a possible fix.
