Format temp files differently using wireshark_YYYYMMDDSS_XXXXXX template.

The patch formats the tempfiles according to this template:
wireshark_YYYYMMDDSS_XXXXXX

I did not include the interface name in the format because I don't think there
always is one, and in some cases, such as on Windows, the interface name could
be very lengthy, i.e., something such as:

\Device\NPF_{7798FBA2-0E70-403F-BFD4-76F44AFB62FD} (Intel(R) 82567LM Gigabit
Network Connection (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler) )

Posting the patch here for folks to look at and try first.  If I don't here
anything back about it, I'll commit the patch in a few days ...
