As I was capturing traps, I discovered more information. INTEGER varbind
values are being decoded as expected. It appears that OBJECT IDENTIFIER,
Gauge32 and TimeTicks are not. I suspect other types fail to decode as well.
Sorry, my attached capture contains many more than the requested one trap, but
it is difficult to just capture just one with my test setup. Take a look at
Packet #3. It illustrates the problem perfectly. When you open up the
varbinds in the Packet Details window, you'll see that the first varbind has
its INTEGER value decoded. However, the second varbind does not have its value
(OBJECT IDENTIFIER) decoded.
