Add an item for IEEE 802.11 vendor specific subtypes
Add OUI_WFA to the list of vendor OUIs that are known to use one-octet subtype.
Though, it should be noted that this is mainly to address the request to show
this new field only for frames when it is known that there is a one-octet
subtype based on the OUI. Since there are no known examples of other mechanisms
used, I would prefer the initial version of this patch (Attachment 4873);
though, maybe with additional tag_len > 3 check before adding the field (not
that I've ever seen a vendor specific IE with len=3).
