Besides a sample capture, it would be good (especially since port 3400 isn't
registered to this protocol) to make it a "new style" dissector that does some
heuristics and returns 0 if it thinks the packet doesn't belong to it. Is that
possible?
Also, if this is a tunnelling device, should this dissector be handing the
packets off to another dissector once it's done with the RED part? What is
being tunnelled?
