Single randpkt that triggers assertion failure in LTP dissector

1.4.5,
without Kerberos, without GeoIP.
Running on Linux 2.6.35-6.dmz.3-liquorix-amd64, with libpcap version 1.1.1,
with
libz 1.2.3.4.
Built using gcc 4.4.5.

I ran randpkt-test.sh to test my own dissector, and it found a bug in the LTP
dissector (failed assertion). To reproduce, load attached capture file
(includes only the problematic packet).
