Things behave differently now.

For example:
1: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/ -> Log In
goes to
2: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi

And:
3: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1 -> Log In
also goes to 
2: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi

And:
4: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi?logout=1 -> Log In
also goes to
2: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi

And:
5: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/relogin.cgi
redirects to
2: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/index.cgi -> Log In


Unless I'm missing something, I'd say we can close this bug?
