I have a dual monitor Windows box for a change, so I figured I would see how
this bug is doing since we're almost to its 5 year anniversary. I can
reproduce it with the instructions you wrote, Chris. I'm on Win7.
To prove to myself it's GTK and not Wireshark, I wrote a Qt application that
has nothing but a main window and a menu bar. No matter what layout of
monitors I use, the Qt application works fine - it always shows me the upper
left corner of the application in the upper left corner of my screen. If the
main window is larger than the monitor, it stretches to the right and down of
the monitor while keeping the most important part (upper left of app) in view.
