Adjusting the column width at the first column boundary (btwn no. and time
header) should move only the time column data, but the no. (number) data moves
with it. See pic. The numbers data and time data doesn't separate.
Compare with second column boundary btwn time and source header, which properly
moves data as it should. Time data and source data separates.
Cosmetic bug.
