It seems I misinterpreted this issue as being related to ESP when in actuality
it isn't. It seems to occur in any network trace that was taking using Netmon
3.3+. This still occurs in the 1.40rc1 build of Wireshark and is making the
newer versions pretty much unusable for me. Any chance of getting this fixed?
