      "FP" Failure, Permanent (0x0004)
      "IW" Interworking Error (0x0005)

 Failure Cause
   ParameterID: Failurecause (0x0002)
   Possible values: OCTET STRING
   Description: The Failure Cause is the value generated by the Released   
equipment, i.e. a
   released network connection. The concerned value is defined in the
appropriate bearer
   control protocol.


Please verify also the implementation of the other values under "General Cause"
and "Failure Cause".
