Steps to reprodue:
* Open attached file rtp-pulses.pcap.
* Select RTP packet, then Telephony -> RTP -> Stream analysis.
* Player -> Use RTP timestamp=Yes, Decode.
* Check stream, Play.
You will notice that the audio playback and graphical cursor indication will
increasingly get out of sync, the sound coming earlier and earlier with respect
to the graphical representation of the pulses.
