When starting a new capture, autoscroll turns off as soon as one screen of
packets has been received. This can occur when clicking "Start a new live
capture" from the Start page; clicking on the adapter under "Start capture on
interface:" from the Start page; clicking "Restart the running live capture
while a capture is in progress; or clicking "Start a new live capture" when a
capture is displayed but stopped. The behavior is inconsistent. It occurs more
than half the time on my system, but not every time. I have not been able to
identify a common factor when it does occur.
