Wireshark has an empty interface list. At start it prints this error out
dumpcap: Can't get list of interfaces: SIOCGIFFLAGS: bonding_masters: No such
device
I had a bond0 interface that was available in a down state and had no slave
interfaces.
Removing the bond0 interface (by rmmod bonding) allowed wireshark to run
normally.
