In current trunk (rev 33168), drag & drop for files seems to be broken.
Steps to reproduce:
Drag a pcap file from Windows Explorer to an open instance of Wireshark.
A dialog will pop up saying
"Drag and Drop currently not possible!
Dropping a file isn't possible while a capture is in progress."
The problem is that it does this even though NO capture is in progress.
E.g. even right after opening Wireshark, without any prior action to the drag &
drop.
It works in 1.2.8.
It works in 1.3.5.
