Print out to file does not include RSSI values when packet details is
deselected.
The RSSI values are included the packet list screen but are not in the text
file output when packet summay lines are selected AND packet detail deselected.
The RSSI values are included in the text file output when the packet summary
lines AND packet detail is selected.
There are several extra lines of information between the RSSI values so it is
difficult to build a graph from RSSI values.
WireShark version 1.2.6, 1.2.7 and 1.2.8 all show the issue the same way.
