User Defined CIGI packets with a packet size greater than 127 bytes are
displayed as Malformed.

The cigi_add_data function checks to make sure that the packet size is not less
than 2 bytes since every CIGI packet should be at least 2 bytes. However, it
gets the packet size and puts it in a variable defined as gint8. So, any user
defined packets greater than 127 will be negative and less than 2.
