Reverting back to the complete range may have undesired results for the user.
For example, H264 dynamic payload type ranges from 96-127.
Lets say user incorrectly typed 128 instead of 112, Wireshark would convert it
to 96-127 which may then decode other streams that are not H264.
What is the problem in displaying an error in a dialog box to the user?
