Only if you have more than one hard disk or more than one partition on your
singular hard disk, and Wireshark isn't on the root partition; the pathname of
the boot partition is just "/", as on all other UN*Xes, even if, say, the hard
disk is labeled "Macintosh HD". ("/Volumes/Macintosh HD" will just be a
symlink to /.) If the Applications directory is not on the boot partition,
then that might be an issue, but, by default, it'll be on the boot partition.
