I did some more testing.
In RHEL 5.4, if firefox is already running, Wireshark when run as root will use
the existing firefox - otherwise it will start firefox as root.
In Fedora 12, wireshark when run as root always opens a new instance of
firefox.
This is probably not a Wireshark issue (though it would be nice if we could run
99.999% of Wireshark as a normal user, and the bit to grab packets off the net
as root).
