syntax.
Running on 64-bit Windows 7, build 7600, with WinPcap version 4.1.1 (packet.dll
version 4.1.0.1753), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008),
without AirPcap.

WireShark issues OutputDebugString calls during normal operation. For example
when evaluating interface and when receiving packets and ....
OutputDebugString requires the acquisition of a system-wide mutex and can
result in severe performance degradation of the entire Windows operating
system. Please remove all calls to OutputDebugString from release builds of
Wireshark.
