There are some wrong definitions in the diameter.xml for S6a/S6d and S13/S13'
3GPP TS29.272. It is also out of date.
I have made a patch for correction and update according to both RFC5516 and
3GPP TS29.272 v9.1.0 (now Rel9 2009-12).
I have also made changes below in the patch.
addition for S13/S13' application id.
tabular alignment for AVPs code from 1400 to 1499.
