Updated patch for 802.15.4 address table.
Sorry for the non-portable code, I'm a little new to using UAT's and I wasn't
aware that the use of a long type would cause problems with the UAT macros.
I've updated the patch to use guint types for the UAT table, hopefully that
should solve the problems.
Out of curiosity, is there a way that I can get my compiler to halt if I
violate the portability recommendations? I'm using Visual Studio 2008 and it
doesn't give me any warnings when I try to build with the original patch.
