It's a library against which Wireshark is compiled. It has its home here:
http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/projects/libsmi/ Have a look at their mailing list
archive as well.

Like I said, that's libSMI for you. It's really unforgiving with faulty MIB
files. Nothing much we, as Wireshark developers, can so about that.
