I noticed that the decoding of "gtp.target identification" was changed since
wireshark 1.2.5, although the bug report is finally unrecognized in the
discussion of bugzilla.
And the change is apparently unsuccessful. Now all formats of TargetId were
wrongly decoded, no matter the trace from Alcatel or Ericsson.
I suggest to reverse the code to what it was in version 1.2.5,
or "remove the decoding alltogether and just present the octets."
Anyway it is not the task of 3GPP TS29.060 to decode the TargetRNCid.
