Final state of shrinking "Follow" window

Build Information:
Version 1.2.5 (SVN Rev 31296)
--
When I use the "Follow" functions, the secondary screen containing the follow
data starts shrinking on the Y-axis. It gradually compresses from bottom to
top as the trace is processed.

If I maximize that window, the rendering engine messes up completely. The
window showing the data stays at the non-maximized size but the window frame
vanishes. After that it won't allow the mouse to move to the task bar, it will
only stay in the window area. Hitting esc will free the mouse but the window
wants to close at that point.

Its like the window is messing up as the right side scroll bar re-sizes when
the TCP follow is being processed. Instead of compressing the scroll bar, it
compresses the window.

This may be an artifact of running Stardock's WindowBlinds.

I'll attach a screencap of the window. It could compress no further, so it
stopped in this state.
