There is no clear roadmap with items to implement and the chance of someone
working on it at the moment is small...

... so if you are able to write the patch yourself, that would be the quickest
way to get this implemented.
Please submit the patch accompanied by a small capture with the SSL session
using cipher TLS_RSA_WITH_NULL_SHA.
