icmp requests

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

When we do a wireshark capture for large ICMP request , The frame size does not
include the data inside the ICMP request.

I have uploaded the capture for ICMP of size 1373 with the command

ping 4.2.2.2 -l 1373

Please tell me if this is a bug or not.
