Wireshark itself has no drivers; however, on Windows, it requires WinPcap in
order to capture packets, and WinPcap does include a driver. The Wireshark
installer on Windows also installs WinPcap; the version of WinPcap it installs
changed in Wireshark 1.2.3, and installing 1.2.4 probably replaced the existing
WinPcap with a new one.
