Running on Linux 2.6.26-2-686-bigmem, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS 2.4.2,
Gcrypt 1.4.1.
Built using gcc 4.3.2.

You will find attached a patch that fixes the following issues:
- do no try to decode optional byte in APN aggregate Maximum Bit Rate and EPS
QoS IEs when the IE length is reached
- spare half octet was misplaced in several messages
- Attach result IE description was wrong
- small typo in Tracking area identity list decoding
