I'm running WinPcap using Microsoft Windows. Maybe the right place to send the
bug report is Microsoft? Then again, the bug is indirectly caused by the BIOS,
which is from HP - maybe it should go there? Then again, the CPU in question is
an AMD, maybe it should go to them? All of that is created by human beings
though - perhaps the bug report should go to President Obama? Oh right, it's
the universe's fault.
Next time I'll use an app that isn't open-source, since apparently taking
responsibility for an application one releases is a foreign concept here.
