Gcrypt 1.4.4, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, with PortAudio V19-devel (built
Jun 20 2009 13:28:51), without AirPcap, with new_packet_list.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Linux 2.6.31-14-generic, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS 2.8.3,
Gcrypt 1.4.4.

Built using gcc 4.4.1.

The patch includes:
  - Launch the RTP player from the "RTP Stream Analysis" window. This allows to
listen RTP streams without having the signaling protocol captured.
  - A "makeover" on the VoIP Graph Analysis window (same fonts as main
wireshark window, lighter background colors, gradient column header and select
bar, etc.)
  - New button icons on the "VoIP call" and "RTP player"

I've tested it on Windows XP and Ubuntu 9.10
