In Revision 29963, there is enhancement for decoding Supported codec list IE.
But in de_sup_codec_list(.), the current_offset update seems to be incorrect.
The suggested patch is
packet-gsm_a_dtap.c (revision 30759) line 3505
old:
curr_offset = curr_offset + length;
new:
curr_offset++;
