Version 1.2.3 (SVN Rev 30730)

If the Windows taskbar has been moved to the top of the screen from the default
position of the bottom of the screen, WireShark opens under the taskbar (i.e.
at 0,0). This is a common problem among lazy programmers assuming that every
desktop is laid out the same as opposed to checking their environment first.
BTW, I love and depend on your product, and I realize I get what I pay for :)
