Yes, I see it. But I did not think to use it previous time.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think I saw Konqueror 3.5.9 or 3.5.10 in
debian-live-502-i386-kde-desktop.iso

Let's imagine that I do not know about it. Now I see text "Loading ..." instead
of download widget. It's very good, because I also see that browser is inactive
and nothing downloads. I understand that something went wrong, and most likely
it is JavaScript. I disable it, refresh page, and just see what I need.
I think that Konqueror - a very specific browser so that all users of Konqueror
can do this logic.
