Move variables to emem_header_t

without Kerberos, without GeoIP.

Running on Linux 2.6.31, with libpcap version 1.0.1_pre20090708, Gcrypt 1.4.4.

Built using gcc 4.3.4.

Hi,

There is emem_header_t struct, so IMHO is better to use struct instead of
global variables.

It also cleanup some code, stats:
   1 files changed, 69 insertions(+), 89 deletions(-)
