Sample Kingfisher packet capture

The attached is a small Kingfisher packet capture demonstrating errant packet
parsing - This capture shows device status retrieval and clearing of the device
event log associated with a firmware download. This communication is between
the device configuration application (Toolbox Plus) which has the network
address of 172.17.65.155 and Kingfisher address of 65535 and an RTU with
network address of 172.17.65.2 and Kingfisher address of 65. Communication is
additionally direct between these Kingfisher hosts and as such, the via address
(used to specify intermeditary Kingfisher hosts when relaying messages) bytes
should additionally be set to zero.
