Yes - just as the Clearlooks-Quicksilver-OSX gtkrc is responsible for the
highlighting color Boyce complained about in bug 3944, it appears to be
responsible for the larger font size.

is the default theme for GNOME since 2.12, so it might be appropriate on, say,
Ubuntu or Fedora/RHEL.  OS X, perhaps not so much - the theme should look more
like OS X and less like GNOME, just as the default theme on Windows looks more
like Windows XP than GNOME.
