The attached file is a zip archive; most of the files in it appear to be
debugging information of some sort, such as a stack trace from the crash.
Presumably the file that caused the crash is the one named
torrent_decoder_crasher.pcap; it's *not* a pcap file, i.e. it's not a file in
libpcap format. The problem is that Wireshark's capture-file-reading code
thought it looked enough like an ERF file that it tried to treat it as such.
What type of file is it? Is it a file in a format that Wireshark claims to be
able to read?
