(Note to others: to view the example capture, make sure you enable "Always try
and decode NSDU as transport PDUs" in Preferences\Protocols\OSI\CLNP .)

Nice analysis. It is a complex problem, and actually one I would have seen
before.
Expecting, or changing, asn2wrs to handle this case would be a bit difficult I
think, but I am no expert.

I have attached a proposed patch for your review - I'm not sure how it compares
with yours but I think it is fairly generic. I'll try and get Tomas and Anders
to review it before applying. Let me know what you think.

I've also found a problem with the FTAM dissector with your example capture
which I will apply a patch for.
