Hi Tyson,

I have added support for a new DTL (DLT_PPP_WITH_DIR) to the pcap cpde.
You can now convert the pppdump files to pcap and pcapng without loosing
the direction information.

Since this is more a new feature than a bug, the fix will be included in
Wireshark 1.3.0 and higher.
