The 64-bit packages that we produce are missing a lot of libraries present in
the 32-bit packages. This bug is a placeholder to track progress toward library
parity.

As of 1.2.0, the missing libraries are:

c-ares
PCRE
GNUTLS
Kerberos for Windows
AirPcap
LIBSMI
GeoIP
