InMon has agreed to submit my code for review, and provided an sFlow v5 sample
trace. I will attach it shortly. And, could any one please instruct me how to
submit my code as a patch (to SVN)?

Sorry, no *sanitised* v2/4 samples available at the moment.

As I mentioned before, I am busy working on a different project at the moment,
but will come back to complete the dissector in two weeks time from now. I will
attach the complete output of your sFlow v2/4 dissection in a second. Hope it
will help.
