Reset the detail pane protocol preferences menu on profile switching

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

If you open the protocol preferences popup menu in the details pane and then
switch to another profile  in one case the popup still uses the old preferences
(if you don't select a different protocol in the pane detail first).
