Fix KDP version support

1.2.3, with POSIX capabilities (Linux), without libpcre, without SMI, without
c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, with GnuTLS 2.0.4, with Gcrypt 1.4.0, with
MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Linux 2.6.25.11-97.fc9.x86_64, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS
2.0.4, Gcrypt 1.4.0.

Built using gcc 4.3.0 20080428 (Red Hat 4.3.0-8).

Wireshark is Open Source Software released under the GNU General Public
License.

KDP Version number support was not present for versions prior to 2. This patch
fixes that.
